Thank you for selecting us as your storage facility! Our goal is to make monthly bill paying as convenient as possible for our customers, so we offer several payment options. Please choose the one that is right for you!

• Drop Box - Our drop box is located on the front office door. You can leave your payment any time – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Automatic Draft - This convenient option allows your monthly fee to be automatically charged. Choose your desired method:
  • Bank Draft (ACH)
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
• Mail - Send your money order or check payment to our address listed above.
• Online Payment - We offer a simple online payment option. Click the “PAY NOW!” button in the top right corner or click here to pay now.

• Rent is due on the first day of every month.
• Rent must be paid by the sixth day of the month to avoid late fee penalties. Late fees are as follows:
    On the 6th - $  5
  On the 16th - $12
  On the 30th - $12
• If rent has not been paid the keypad will not allow entry on the sixth day of the delinquent month.
• BCS will send invoices to customers upon request. There is a $2.00 fee per month for mailed invoices, or invoices can be sent to email addresses at no charge.
